We are looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our sales team. You will be on the front lines as an ambassador of the company to retail sales customers both on the phone and in person.
Our customers consist primarily of people using two-way radio communication products for on and off-road recreational vehicles (UTV, ATV, Jeep, Toyota Tacoma, Ford Bronco) off-road racing, motocross, circle track racing, industrial, educational, agricultural, fire & safety, and aviation
Working from home is not an option for this position. We feel there is a distinct advantage for our business to have our Sales Associates working in the office.

Skills & Experience
Powersports, Automotive or Electronics industry experience
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks and Shopify
Able to manage and produce business documents, invoices, quotes/estimates, and credit memos
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with customers, staff, & management
Strong selling skills with an ability to retain technical product knowledge
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with changing priorities
Ability to effectively navigate www.ruggedradios.com while assisting customers
Full-time 40 hour workweek
Base salary with commissions
Rotating schedule Mon.-Fri. or Tue.-Sat. 8-5, 9-6, or 10-7
Telephone or in person retail sales
In house position (Not remote)
Extensive interactions with on-line customers, in person, and on the telephone
Available for occasional off-site sales at trade shows or off road races
