As always great product. Easy install and easy to operate. We decided to go with the demo headsets to save a few bucks and you literally cant tell the difference between the demo and brand new. One of the demos had a bad microphone and I called up Rugged Radios and a couple days later had a new one in the mail at no cost to me. Now that is customer service and a company stading behind their product. I recommend Rugged Radio to everyone great people, Great company
