Refund Policy
- Items marked as "clearance", "demo", or "closeout" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All other returns for exchanges and/or refunds must occur within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. After 15 days, this policy becomes null and void. Returns may take up to one week to be processed through our Returns Department. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- WE REQUIRE A COMPLETED RETURN FORM. We will charge additional fees on packages being returned to us due to an undeliverable address or Customer Refusal.
- A $25 service fee will be charged for all returned checks
- Custom orders require 50% deposit. All custom orders are final. No returns accepted.
- Returns after 15 days will be store credit only which is valid for one year only from date of issue.
- All returns must be in new condition.
- OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT INSPECTS EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN RETURNED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES OF ANY AND ALL RETURNED ITEMS IF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING HAS OCCURRED:
- Obvious Wear & Tear such as scratches, dents, water damage, or abuse on any merchandise; kinks or cuts in cables; tears and holes in material items; scratches on headsets and/or intercoms. Any and all size adjustments such as helmets; products that have been used, custom fit and/or altered, etc. Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, etc. Obvious odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc. Protective Packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return. Related warranty paperwork, mounting hardware, inserts, attached coupons and/or instructions pamphlets are absent.
Shipping Policy
Outside peak holidays and sale events, we generally ship orders received before 12pm PST the same day. Expedited orders (Next-Day, 2-Day, etc.) must be received by 1pm to meet pickup times. Although we make every effort, we cannot guarantee same day shipping. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times are estimates from the carriers and delivery can not be guaranteed for the estimates delivery ranges.
Delivery signature is required on ALL orders over $750 (including shipping charges)

The Rugged Radios mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Rugged Radios (“Rugged Radios”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Rugged Radios’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Rugged Radios through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Rugged Radios. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18668625835 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Rugged Radios mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Dealer Application
1. Authorization for Credit Card Charges
You authorize Rugged Radios to charge the credit card(s) provided for any purchases made via telephone, internet, or in-person transactions. All payments will be processed via credit card unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this application, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to be bound by them in full. This agreement governs your participation in the Rugged Radios dealer program.
3. Dealer Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
• You are legally authorized to conduct business in your operating jurisdiction(s).
• You possess all necessary licenses and permits required by law to operate as a dealer.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate information within this application. Any false or misleading information may result in denial of your application or termination of your dealer status.
5. Confidentiality
As a dealer, you may receive confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to pricing, product specifications, and marketing materials. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not share this information with third parties without prior written consent from Rugged Radios.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property in Rugged Radios products and materials are the sole property of Rugged Radios. You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or alter these materials without express written permission.
7. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding the sale, promotion, and distribution of Rugged Radios products, including those related to product safety, advertising, and labeling.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rugged Radios and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
• Your breach of this agreement
• Your negligent or wrongful acts or omissions
9. Term and Termination
This agreement becomes effective upon acceptance of your dealer application by Rugged Radios and will remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Rugged Radios reserves the right to revoke dealer privileges at any time, with or without notice.
10. Modifications to Terms
Rugged Radios may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation as a dealer constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Third Party Sales
Rugged Radios does NOT allow the resale of Rugged Radios products on third party online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Etc.
